Unaccompanied Minor

Our child passengers, who are over 5 years old and under 12 years old, may also travel without any accompanying person in compliance with the following process. Maximum 4 children may travel without any accompanying person for each flight.

• The child passengers, who travel without their accompanying person, shall be prioritized. However, you should ensure that your child will be available in the airport 2 hours before the flight.
• The authorized personnel shall ensure that you sign the necessary documentation during the check-in process, and s/he shall inform you about the process.
• Our child passengers shall be boarded together with the accompanying person upon completion of the check-in and documentation processes.
• Before leaving the airport, you should be sure that the flight of your child starts.
• Any cabin crew member shall deliver the child passenger to our personnel welcoming the aircraft in the arrival point. Such personnel shall deliver your child to the person, requested by you, against her/his signature upon completion of the customs and baggage processes.
