Freebird Airlines is the Second Airline Company in Europe that Uses EFB2 System on A320 Aircraft.

Freebird Airlines received EFB Class 2 (Electronic Flight Bag) System Approval for her fleet of A320/A321 aircraft on 31.12.2011 from the Turkish DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) in the scope of LPC (Less Paper Cockpit) Project which was started in 2005. Thus, 95% amount of the hard copies which exist in the cockpit, will be removed and saved in EFB Class 2 System in order to be used through the system by the cockpit crew. By means of this system, the cockpit crew can access to company forms, company & aircraft manuels, flight maps and charts and can make the loadsheet and performance calculations via this system.
