Additional Services Requirements

You can reserve your seats up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. You can purchase special baggages, extra weight allowances, order menus and special meals up to 16 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If you need additional baggage after this period, please contact the Freebird Service Center.

Can I cancel the seat that I've purchased?

If you change or cancel your reserved seat, you can not get a refund or transfer your seat to someone else.

Can I cancel a food order?

If you change or cancel your food order, you can not get a refund or transfer your food order to someone else.

Can I cancel the baggage allowance I've purchased?

If you cancel your excess baggage allowance, you can not get a refund or transfer your baggage allowance to someone else.

Can I cancel the special equipment that I've purchased?

If you cancel your special equipment purchase, you can not get a refund or transfer your special equipment to someone else.
